Prices shown are per site, per month, plus VAT. Pricing applies to standard commercial premises and is subject to site size, complexity and fair use limits. Larger buildings and multiple site portfolios may require bespoke pricing. Contractor, inspection and remedial costs are charged separately unless specifically included.

We review the key areas of building compliance, look at the information you already have and identify anything that appears missing, overdue or needs further attention.

The aim is to give you a clear picture of where your building currently stands.

How long does the Health Check take?

Typically around 90 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the building and what information is available.

What will I receive afterwards?

You will receive a clear report showing your overall compliance score, key gaps, priority risks, upcoming requirements and a practical action plan.

What if I already know some certificates or inspections are missing?

That is fine.

You do not need everything perfectly organised before we visit. In fact, the Health Check is designed to help identify exactly what is missing and what should be dealt with first.

Do I have to use Landmark to fix anything you find?

No.

The report is yours. You can manage the actions internally, use your existing contractors or ask Landmark to help if you want ongoing support.

What if you find something that is overdue or potentially serious?

We will clearly flag it and explain what needs attention.

Where appropriate, we can also help arrange inspections, obtain quotations or coordinate the next steps if you want us to.

Is this the same as a statutory inspection or specialist assessment?

The Compliance Health Check is a broad review of your building’s compliance position. It helps identify gaps and areas needing attention but does not replace statutory inspections, specialist surveys or formal assessments where these are required.
