Can Landmark take over from our current facilities management provider?
Yes. We can review what is already in place, including your PPM programme, contractors, compliance records, certificates and any outstanding issues. We then work with you to organise the handover and decide what should stay, what needs changing and what needs attention first.
No. If you already have contractors you know and trust, we can work with them. We can also bring in our own contractors where needed. The important thing is making sure somebody is coordinating the work and following it through.
As much or as little as you need. Some clients use us for individual services, while others want us to manage their PPM, compliance, reactive maintenance, contractors and wider facilities operation.
Yes. We can support individual commercial buildings as well as clients with multiple properties or wider portfolios. We keep each building organised while giving you a clearer view of what is happening across your sites.
