Landmark’s story is closely tied to our Director, Yolanda Perez, who has spent more than 20 years working within facilities management.
Her experience comes from understanding buildings from the ground up, managing contractors, solving problems for clients and seeing first hand what happens when maintenance, compliance and communication are not properly managed.
Today, Yolanda leads Landmark as a family run business, combining decades of industry knowledge with a modern approach to compliance, reporting and building management.
As Landmark has grown, one principle has remained the same: clients should know who is looking after their building and be able to speak directly to the people responsible.
Our clients know the team looking after their buildings. You are not passed between departments every time you need something.
We understand the reality of maintaining occupied buildings, managing contractors and dealing with problems when they actually happen.
Compliance is built into the way we manage buildings, not treated as something to look at once a year.
Booking a contractor or receiving a report is not the end of the job. We keep track of what still needs to happen and help keep actions moving.
After more than 20 years in FM, I still believe the most important part of the job is knowing our clients and being there when they need us.
I manage contracts now but started out on the tools as a plasterer. Outside work, I’m happiest spending time with my wife and daughter.
I like keeping projects organised and making sure the job is done properly. Outside work it’s all about family, cycling, football and dogs.
I like scaring away the postman.
