Both larger, chiller based systems and local split A/C units can be fully maintained and serviced.
Emergency lighting systems are tested and the required statutory records maintained. Other lighting services include either complete re-lamping on a programmed, minimising disruption and reducing labour costs or ad-hoc replacement of failed bulbs as and when required.
Security, access control and CCTV systems can all be covered.
Fire alarm systems, sensors, fire extinguishers and dry risers can all be included within a programme of regular visits.
Water sampling, temperature testing and recording and annual chlorination can all be arranged.
