Our Property Maintenance programme is designed to provide Managing Agents with an excellent level of service without the disruption and expense of running their own in-house teams.

Utilising our own in-house technicians and multi-skilled tradesmen together with a network of specialist, locally based contractors we provide a full service for all types of Property Maintenance work. All job requests are managed through our computerised scheduling and reporting systems and we constantly monitor all work requests from initial contact through to job completion and are able to provide real time updates and status reports, allowing you to remain in the control.

We offer timed appointments and even an out of hours service to minimise disruption to tenants. Alternatively we are happy to collect keys prior to visiting the property and return them on completion of the work where necessary.
