Plumbing & Drainage
Leaks, blocked toilets, dripping taps, faulty radiators and all other types of repair. We can also arrange for CCTV surveys of problem drainage to be carried out.
Electrical
Socket and switch repairs, installation of additional sockets and fittings, lighting faults.
Glazing
We can carry out glazing repairs in standard, toughened and Georgian wired glass as well as replacement and boarding up shop fronts and replacement glazed curtain walling.
HVAC and M&E
Reactive Maintenance and repairs to air conditioning units, chillers, boilers and all types of mechanical and electrical plant can be provided
Handyman Services
Erecting shelves, repairing door closers, hanging pictures, repairing desks and all similar jobs can be undertaken. If required, a number of small jobs can be grouped together to reduce costs.
Other Reactive Maintenance Services
Lock repairs, access control, alarms and CCTV, re-decoration, carpet fitting, pest control and roofing services are all available. We can also undertake small scale building work and new installations in any of the above fields, however this work would normally be carried out on a quoted basis.
