Reliable data is the key to any Asset Management system. Details of all plant, equipment and other assets are logged onto our Planned Maintenance database together with any warranty information and historic servicing data that is available.
A planned maintenance schedule is then prepared for each asset, detailing what work requires to be carried out and at what frequency. An annual programme can then be drawn up showing the maintenance cycle and what work will need to be carried out and when.
In addition to the planned work listed on the schedule, Landmark Facilities Management engineers will also carry out general inspections of all assets on a regular basis to ensure that they are running at their optimum performance level.
